Patricia McCormick Barfield

Mrs. Patricia McCormick Barfield died Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at her home in Nichols SC, after an illness.

A funeral service will be Friday, March 18 at 2:00 pm at Bear Swamp Baptist Church with burial to follow at the Barnesville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 18 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.

Mrs. Barfield was born in Robeson County, the daughter of the late James Junior and Olene McPhatter McCormick. She was employed by Anvil Knitwear for several years until her retirement.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny Barfield of the home; sons, Adam Barfield (Amanda) and Kelly Barfield.; brother, Mitchell McCormick (Nancy); and grandchildren, Mark Barfield, Cheyenne Barfield, Logan Barfield, Raelyn Barfield, Waylon Barfield, Liam Barfield, and Harlan Barfield.
