Kathryn Perritt Huggins
Mrs. Kathryn Perritt Huggins, 75, of Lake View, SC passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at McLeod Hospice House of Florence after an illness.
Mrs. Huggins was born September 22, 1949. She was a 1968 graduate of Lake View High School. She later attended Francis Marion University. She was employed by the Lake View School System as a teacher for 29 years. She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Lake View.
Mrs. Huggins is survived by her husband of 55 years, Charles; daughters, Marsha Rogers (Bubba) and Summer Floyd (Blake); grandchildren, Ashley Daniels (Will), Dylan Rogers (Genesis), Grace Floyd (Jordan), and Lawson Floyd. Her greatest joy was her family. She enjoyed the tranquility of her home surrounded by her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Ann Flowers Perritt; her brother, Stan Perritt; and a special grandmother, Blondell (Blondie) Flowers.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 5th, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
