Mrs. Judy Ann Church died Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home in Lake View SC, after an illness.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, March 18 at 2:00 pm at Lake View Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.

Mrs. Church was born in Hartsville, SC, the daughter of Sam Johnson and the late Lucy Stratton Johnson. She was a member of Lake View Pentecostal Holiness Church. She worked for over 35 years as a bank teller, first at Lake View Banking, and then until her retirement with First Citizens Bank of Lake View. She loved her family and was affectionately called MiMi by her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard Church; her father, Sam Johnson (95 years old); son, Ritchie Church (Brantley); daughter, Hope Jackson (Sam); brothers, David Johnson (Sherrie), Myrt Johnson (Debra), Kent Johnson (Cindy) and Bobby Johnson (Lisa); grandchildren, Callie Church, Paisley Jackson and Lexi Jackson, brother in law, Danny Church (Sharon)

Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Earl Johnson; and a grandson, Ethan Church.
