Mr. Jerry Blake Cook died Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Carolinas Hospital of Florence after an illness.

A graveside service will be Monday, February 20, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.

Mr. Cook was born in Mullins SC, the son of the late Lanneau and Juanita Edwards Cook.

Mr. Cook is survived by his brothers, Wayne Cook and Greg Cook (Debbie); and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronnie.
