Mrs. Jeannine Carter Hayes

Mrs. Jeannine Carter Hayes died Friday, March 13, 2020 at home in Lake View SC after an extended illness.

A funeral service will be Monday, March 16 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Lake View, with burial to follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday at 1:00, at the church, prior to the funeral service.

Mrs. Hayes was born in Dillon County, the daughter of the late Cleve and Ruby Miller Carter Hayes. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake View.

She is survived by her granddaughters, Madeline Schoolfield (Steven) and Catherine Long; son-in-law, Michael Long; nephews, Shawn Carter (Sharon) and Brett Carter; great grandson Connor; and special friend, Joe Lucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Hayes and a daughter, Sharon Hayes Long.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Mrs. Delois Leonard for taking great care of Mrs. Jeannine.
