Mrs. Geneva Grant, 93, died Wednesday, December 12 at McLeod Hospice of Florence after an illness.
A funeral service will be Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Dillon. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm at the church, prior to the funeral service.
She was born in Tennessee, the daughter of R. J. and Minnie Wingate. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Dillon and a member of the Lake View Chapter 237 or the Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years.
She is survived by her sister in laws, Gladys Hayes and Ellen Mae Grant; nieces, Brenda Bruce, Ann H. Mobby, and Sharon Monroe; and nephew, Allen Grant, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Lake View or First Baptist Church of Dillon.
