Sam Douglas Bullock

Mr. Sam Douglas Bullock died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.

A graveside service will be Saturday, November 3 at 2:00 pm at Bear Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, November 2 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home.

Mr. Bullock was born in Dillon County, the son of the late Wiley G. and Minnie Johnson Bullock. He was a Member of Hillsboro Masonic Lodge and Bear Swamp Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Church (Brett); sister in law, Joan Bullock; nephews; Eddie Bullock, Gregg Bullock and Dean Bullock; grand puppy, Mollie; and grand kitten, Tabbie.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Bullock and brother, Ed Bullock.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bear Swamp Baptist Church or Hillsboro Masonic Lodge.
