Mrs. Alice Joyce Zimmerman died Friday, December 2nd, 2022 at her home in Lake View SC after an illness.

A funeral service will be Monday, December 5th at 2:00 pm at Kemper Baptist Church of Lake View. Burial will follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1:00 at the church prior to the funeral service.

Mrs. Zimmerman was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Linwood and Mary Alice Harrell Sports, Jr. She was a member of Kemper Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Twin State Twirlers square dance group and the Dillon County Historical Society.

She is survived by her son, Lawrence Fraser; brother, T-90 Pritchard; sister, Susan Goodhines; 4 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herb Zimmerman; son, Tim Sports (Widow – Susan); brothers, Linwood Sports, Jr., Gene Sports, Phillip Sports, Steven Pritchard and Johnny Pritchard; sisters, Alice Faye Montgomery and Linda Carol Pritchard.
